It surfaced everywhere and got harshly criticized by many including the infamous Perez Hilton. She posted up a video of how she felt about the leaked picture and exposes her natural bare body to prove that it is beautiful and she loves it. Women do not have many or any options to play football scholastically. The L.F.L. in its inaugural season will definitely draw male fans &amp;amp; women that are interested in football. And I’m not sure if the positive outweighs the negative.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: #cc0000; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;We are more than just our looks&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vivaville does not discuss in detail the positive or many negative aspects of the LFL, which leaves me to do the task.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;Supporters of the league have argued that the LFL could eventually lead to more successful women’s professional football leagues. If this is the case, it’s just another example of using women’s bodies and sexuality to achieve our goals. This is an insult to women because it is showing that we have no other way of achieving success and an insult to men because they are suckers for giving in so easily, just for some eye candy.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To reiterate, it would be another ploy used to show that women can only make changes by shedding some layers. And we know that that is not the case with influential women like Rosa Parks, Hillary Clinton and Oprah, all of whom have made the most important changes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After watching several videos on their website, I could see that this isn’t their goal at all. Mitch Mortaza, founder of the league, wanted to mix the world of modeling and sports mainly for what he says is, “purely entertainment value” and to become mainstream.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://stbjp.msn.com/i/97/B8707B53B2834E2D6BCAE7A2CAFB1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" er="true" height="152" src="http://stbjp.msn.com/i/97/B8707B53B2834E2D6BCAE7A2CAFB1.jpg" width="200" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple; font-size: x-small;"&gt;The LFL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;We have the same assets that men have&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;Women have brains and muscles just like men. &amp;nbsp;Men have used these very two things to get ahead in sports. How are women supposed to be viewed as equals, if we can’t even reach our goals by using our brains and muscles like men have? By using our bodies and sexuality to get ahead, is showing that women are incapable and that the talents and assets we already have is not enough. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;I’m not saying that if we take the same steps that men have taken that we’ll achieve the same results. Women will always have to work twice as hard for twice as long, but we’ve done it before and we can do it again.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Not enough protection&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;The skimpy outfits on these sexy girls may draw in viewers but it does not necessarily showcase the players’ talents. There will hopefully be many people who watch the girls and realize how good women can play football, but the overwhelming display of booty and breasts with every tackle and play, sends out a different message. The exposure can easily lead to a mass following of perverts than real sports viewers. Not only is the exposure unnecessary, but the women are not as physically protected as they should be. I would think that wearing a bikini while playing football isn’t the smartest thing to do. Luckily the women have the basic protective gear (shoulder pads, elbow pads, knee pads), but they are still really exposed to getting hurt. Obviously some men watching will hope for a nipple slip or two, or underwear tear. How are you supposed to expect respect, especially as an athlete, if your main viewers are only thinking of sex while watching you and undressing you in their heads?(which looks like it seems to be the point) This is not a Playboy photo shoot, or a club, or a high school cafeteria, this is &lt;i&gt;supposed &lt;/i&gt;to be serious sports. And it’s definitely not that! Not to be overly dramatic, but what if some random guy decides to grab them, on the field or at an event, or even stalks one of the girls. We all heard about the &lt;a href="http://backporch.fanhouse.com/2009/07/18/lawyer-vows-charges-in-erin-andrews-peephole-video-case/#cntnt"&gt;&lt;span style="color: blue;"&gt;Erin Andrews case&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. This stuff does happen people! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;If one of the players were to complain about the negative attention, people would only respond ignorantly that she was “asking for it”. Danger can happen to anyone, but the women are really putting themselves out there, more so than any model would for example, because models work in a confined and safe studio.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://blogs.dallasobserver.com/sportatorium/assets_c/2009/02/Lingerie%20Football%20League2-thumb-405x466.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" er="true" height="200" src="http://blogs.dallasobserver.com/sportatorium/assets_c/2009/02/Lingerie%20Football%20League2-thumb-405x466.jpg" width="173" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: purple; font-size: x-small;"&gt;The girls obviously working hard!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="color: red; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;The effects on women&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; We have to think about how the LFL affects other women because the players themselves are women. The LFL’s goal is to become a mainstream professional women’s football league, which I and others hope will open up the doors for other leagues. It hopefully will allow females to play as little children, in high school, in college, then professional.&amp;nbsp; Gayla Harrington, who is a co-owner of the LFL and interestingly also a member of the Independent Women's Football League(a real women's league) says, "It could be positive or a negative".It could be that people still don't take it seriously or it could help."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I know that when I was little I wanted to play football, and actually start my own football league!&amp;nbsp;But what kind of message is it showing to girls when watching the LFL? Is it a message that says that any girl who likes football will one day get the opportunity to play? Or that you must look a certain way to play football, do it for the attention of guys, and always use your looks to be successful?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp; For the minor women’s professional football leagues that have surfaced throughout the years such as the WPFL, IWFL and NWFL, the women do not look anything like these LFL players. They are obviously much more muscular and wear the complete gear and attire. The LFL players on the other hand all look like models, again another example of unrealistic images of women! When the Women’s Professional Football League arose in 1999, the women were only paid $100 a game! The pay has not changed much since then. These women are just as passionate as the men are about football. TV hosts, anchormen, and sports analysts all making perverted jokes about the league and their “tight end”, which the &lt;a href="http://www.lflus.com/"&gt;LFL website&lt;/a&gt; itself proudly displays in their playlists of videos!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpMiddle" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;To be fair, I found an article written by one of the players on the team. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormalCxSpLast" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Nicki Ghazian , LFL player responds to criticisms about her league&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;“The most common question I get from men after they realize I play for the LFL is “So do you guys practice in your lingerie?” While I find this amusing, as it makes apparent the laughable yet endearing qualities of the male psyche. I also find myself burdened, on a subjective level, having to break the mental mold the mass public has about the league on an individual basis. Yes – we play tackle football in our Lingerie. Yes I am a model, and some of my teammates are as well. However, the truth is that we are out there putting our bodies on the line, wearing drastically meager padding in comparison to our male counterparts in the NFL or NCAA. We have had broken bones, just in our last game I played the entirety of the game with a broken finger. Last week in the game between Dallas and Denver a player had her tooth knocked out. Many of the teams in the LFL play indoor and playing in lingerie only leaves you open to more turf burn. The truth is, we aren’t scared. We are out here putting our bodies on the line, playing a sport which in my opinion, takes the strength of a modern day Gladiator, and doing so only because we love the game and want nothing more than to prove that beautiful women can be strong and athletic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;There have been many times at practice that little girls have come by our field, and watched in admiration, and at times even started doing push ups next to us. I’m a law student, one of my teammates is a nurse, and many of my other teammates are successful business women. This is why I find it hard to believe that there has been so much feminist criticism drawn to the league, as I see it, what we are doing is a form of turning the tables around on society. It is an ingenious clockwork that founder Mitch Mortaza has come up with, he has allowed us women to manipulate our physical stereotype, using it to our advantage as an attracting tool, but allowing our skills as an athlete to awe and captivate our fans. Whether Mr. Mortaza knows it or not, I believe he is owed a ‘thank you’ by female athletes and feminists everywhere because he is enabling us to prosper on a level that has never been done before.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;I have read many critical articles based on the feminist perspective, including renowned feminist Courtney Martin’s article, which inarticulately presses that “This is objectification at its most pernicious — give women an opportunity to participate in a sport that they haven’t had the chance to do for pay and publicly previously, but only let them do it if they are stereotypically pretty and willing to do it in their underwear.” While this statement on a prima facie showing may be true, it is important to delve into the issue further to asses what the league is really doing. What Ms. Martin fails to realize the congruous overlap between oppresive stereotypes and the mechanism to use it as a vehicle of empowerment. The LFL has created a symbiotic binary relationship where oppresive stereotypes have enabled women to attract and show the world their athletic prowess, and prove that two supposed opposites, beauty and strength can co-exist in one woman.”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;My response to Nicki Ghazian&lt;/span&gt;&lt;i&gt; &lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;I’m honestly happy I ran into this because it should be essential to always know what the other side is thinking. It’s also pleasing to hear how hard they work and to know that most are successful in their private lives. Her interpretation of the LFL can be inspiring to hear, but it still does not override the flaws of the league and the overall business aspect to it. At the end of the day, it is still a business run mainly on the beauty and sexuality of women. It’s not realistic of the real life, football loving professional female players but only a slap on the face to them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;It’s great that the league shows that beauty and strength can coincide, but why does the view on beauty have to be so narrow? These women still don’t look like most of the women I see on a daily basis, that I consider beautiful. They look like everything we are used to seeing in magazines, which we already know is not representative of most women in America. This factor often seems to go unnoticed when talking about beauty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 11pt;"&gt;Ms. Ghazian needs to realize the flaws within her industry and there is nothing that any feminist needs to thank them for. Nowadays it is no longer women getting just a few hair pieces to make their hair look fuller or longer, MANY more women are wearing full head of weave&amp;nbsp;or wigs. Women used to feel ashamed to&amp;nbsp;admit they even wear wigs, but now Wendy Williams talks about it in&amp;nbsp;almost every episode of her show. One guest actress even admitted that her &lt;i&gt;husband&lt;/i&gt; has never seen her real hair! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It may have come to the point that women are even ashamed of their hair, especially black women. It is neither cute nor stylish to walk around with an afro like back in the 1970s. If you do, people stare or make comments, or call you “eclectic” , “retro”, or "revolutionary". Revolutionary to walk around with your natural hair texture?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And this weave business does not just apply to adult women, but teenagers and children as well. I myself have been wearing extensions since the age of 5. More and more children, mostly African American are getting weaves put into their hair, and teenagers now basically cover up their whole head with fake hair as well. The dislike for thick and kinky hair has made its way down to the younger generation of females.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Besides all the weave adding and wigs, we spend years of perming , frying and dying, that by the time we are in our twenties, our hair is so damaged we have no choice&amp;nbsp;but to add weave to our hair. Once you begin perming, you feel can never go back to your natural kinkiness and your hair finally becomes manageable, not to mention silky. When you begin hot ironing your hair, you look into the mirror and love the results because now you look like your favorite celebrity. Then once you start weaving and wigging, you think it is the answer to life because now you can have your hair look anyway you want it to look and you barely have to watch out for the rain! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All of these feelings are magnified by of course the media (we always gotta blame them), other women around us , and the men in our lives that love our silky, long, fake(including perming)&amp;nbsp;hair.&amp;nbsp; We already know that we play monkey see, monkey do with the media and that our environment also influences us. It is customary for women to ask other women where they got their hair done. But the men in our lives are also very important. First of all, what woman is going to snag a man with unattractive or out of style hair? And like black women, black men have also created a dislike for the natural 70s afro look. Even women of other races and cultures that tend to have beautiful curly or wavy locks are straightening their hair for that typical all American look. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Women are dying their hair not just to be different but to give themselves a certain “look”. Over the past few decades, more and more women have gone blonde because supposedly “blondes have more fun”. When you open up Playboy Magazine, which is also looked up to as the pinnacle of sexy for mostly Caucasian people, most of the women are blonde, which of course influences women to get that look. Not to mention, Marilyn Monroe, who is often thought of as America's longest running beauty icon. I think having all these options have helped in many ways. For people with damaged hair, weaves and wigs help, and for many others it is a way of showing individuality like the pictures above. But I do feel that hair beauty has gone too far. I think that was the best move Beyonce could have done. Not to mention that it was ridiculously self-less and so thoughtful. Beyonce certainly did not have to do that. It is unbelievable that Kanye is apologizing to her about one incident while giving her a &lt;i&gt;completely new insult&lt;/i&gt; at the same time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He continues on to give justifications for his actions by stating that he once gave away his award to OutKast when he felt they deserved more than he did. But that does not matter. Unlike this situation, Outkast didn’t DEMAND that the award be theirs, I’m sure he wouldn’t have handed it over if that was the case. No justification for anything he did in the past, or any way he feels, takes away what he did. He just does not seem to get that jumping up on stage while ANYONE is speaking is completely disrespectful. Probably not because then he’d be going against the morals and values he “claims” to have about black unity and empowerment. He would just be Bush if he did that right? (if you watched the videos you should know what I’m referring to).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What if Taylor wasn’t 19, but rather 30 years old? It probably would have put some more hesitation in him, because he would have more respect for a woman his age. Also, a woman his age who is much smarter and wiser would have definitely hit him up with a wise remark after his tactless stunt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lastly, what if Taylor was a man? Young or old, there’s a big chance there would have been some butt kicking on that stage.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With all three of these combined what if Taylor wasn’t a country a singer but a rapper. Kanye CERTAINLY would not have jumped on that stage, because I’m sure he would have been worried if he was going to get shot later that evening.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But Taylor isn’t any of these. She’s just a young, beautiful, white girl, definitely vulnerable and easy to hurt. One of the biggest and talented artists insulted her and left her for damaged goods on that stage.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Earlier today Kanye posted up a new apology, that still seemed drained of sincerity and probably forced out of him by a publicist. He says&lt;b&gt; :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/m:defjc&gt;&lt;/m:rmargin&gt;&lt;/m:lmargin&gt;&lt;/m:dispdef&gt;&lt;/m:smallfrac&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;m:smallfrac m:val="off"&gt;&lt;m:dispdef&gt;&lt;m:lmargin m:val="0"&gt;&lt;m:rmargin m:val="0"&gt;&lt;m:defjc m:val="centerGroup"&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;i&gt;“I feel like Ben Stiller in Meet the Parents when he messed up everything and Robert DeNiro asked him to leave. That was Taylor's moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her. I am truly sorry."&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He also spoke on the Jay Leno Show the night afterwards. He took advantage of someone’s weakness,and did the first immature thing that he could think of, instead of being respectful and holding's onto his opinions for a better time and situation. Please tell us your secret! And although this is not i&lt;b&gt;mpossible&lt;/b&gt; for women, it’s still hard to keep your family and work in order and still look like a supermodel throughout it all. We don’t have that luxury. Not to mention, after all those kids, who expects a woman to stay a size 6 or below? Whether this is how he really feels or is just playing on his situation to get some album sales is very unclear.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But a "changed man" after only 6 months? This is certainly not the case. What people need to realize, is that people really need A LOT of time to change, and this applies to relationships and friendships. Women, if your boyfriend did you wrong and you broke up with him because of it, three months of being apart does not change a person. Men, if your girlfriend did you wrong, the same applies for her. I have heard of too many incidents where people have taken back their bad boyfriends and girlfriends and have gone down the same road of deciet, pain, and tears. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When it comes to friendships, it may take even longer for a person to realize their faults and for the wounds to heal. If problems aren't completely resolved and talked out, don't expect time going by to always make a person see the error of their faults, especially when its only been a few months. It takes YEARS for a person to change, to grow, to mature and really become a changed man or woman, especially when this happens to be a 20 year old immature pop star.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many, including Chris himself, need to realize that he is only a 20 year old BOY. He's never been through such scrutiny in his life, and probably has never been through such a strong relationship with someone before Rihanna. Besides going through this very difficult lesson, he is learning so much more to life. Hopefully Rihanna, who too is very young, doesn't fall to his apologies and claims of being changed. But with his calm mannerism and perfect speech, he has a lot of people wondering if he’s truly sorry. In the video, Chris Brown apologizes for the incident to his fans, explains that he is getting help, and wants to continue to be a “role model”. I do believe that Chris is sorry for what he did and actually wants to overcome all of this. No young man wants to be known to the world as a woman beater, especially one with the career and fame like Chris Brown. Chris is well aware that besides his music career being greatly affected by this incident, he really has let a lot of people down. Not just the fans, but the people in his life whom he sees and talks to everyday. He’s well aware that he’s lost many people’s respect around him. I’m also sure that at one point, and hopefully now still, he cared for Rihanna and now has completely traumatized her. I’m sure he’s aware that he has ruined a part of her life, because any woman that has gone through abuse suffers psychological problems years after the abuse has ended.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But of course this apology is a little tainted. Critics are upset because Chris decided to wait until &lt;i&gt;after&lt;/i&gt; his court case to apologize because it would hurt his case and the ruling. Chris also has an album coming up, causing people to feel that this video is just meant to butter up his fans before the CD drops. People also feel that this apology came way too late. And when he actually &lt;i&gt;did &lt;/i&gt;apologize the first time, back in February, he was very vague and wouldn’t even name Rihanna as the victim. According to some sources, Rihanna and her camp were appalled by his statements back in February because of the reasons stated previously.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="color: red;"&gt;Chris Brown’s apology in February:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;"Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired, I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones, and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person.” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For the beating of Rihanna, Chris is currently facing five years probation, 180 days of community service, and anger management counseling. This too has people angry as well, because many feel that Chris should have gotten jail time. Although Chris is a very young man, I do feel that there is no reason why he shouldn’t have gone to jail. Like plenty of other domestic violence abuse cases, the perpetrator usually always faces jail time. There is no excuse whatsoever for any man to put his hands on a female and beat her the way that he did. Most men who do abuse the women in their life continue with abuse all throughout their life. For a young man like Chris, with all the pressures of fame and now all of this, there is a huge possibility that he will find himself in this exact situation again. And although Chris is an entertainer and loves his  music career ,that should really be one of the last things on his mind right now. Let's take the insult first. Because Serena is muscular, even a relatively low percentage of body fat will make her appear many times bigger than a less muscular, European competitor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I may be an off season female bodybuilder carrying excess bodyfat right now, but even when I'm very lean, many people presume my size is mostly fat instead of rock hard muscle. Serena is solid, not a thing jiggles as she covers the court. That Whitlock has the gall to attack the size of her muscular derriere recalls historical subjugation of the black female body and he establishes no factual link between Serena's on court performance and her current weight. For instance, Serena may hit harder carrying a few pounds, and she certainly moves well. And if she was a little slow, maybe it was the hamstring injury she may have been dealing with?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;God gave Serena everything, including drop-dead looks. She's chosen to smother some of it in an unsightly layer of thick, muscled blubber, a byproduct of her unwillingness to commit to a training regimen and diet that would have her at the top of her game year-round. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="font-style: italic;"&gt;[and later]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;BBWs - Big Booty Women - do not write me angry e-mails. I was lucky enough to take a picture of the shirt, with the permission of the wearer. After sitting back down in my seat, I was anxious to find out what this shirt meant. When asking the wearer of the shirt what the shirt may mean, he simply replied, “I’m not getting into this conversation with you right now.” So since he was not able to interpret his own piece of clothing, (and rude enough to not answer, jerk), I’m asking what &lt;i&gt;you&lt;/i&gt; guys think of this shirt. What do you think it is saying? Do you feel it is degrading or just a little scandalous?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Frankly, I think this shirt can be interpreted in many different ways. Judging from the fact that this wearer was a very young man (possibly between 19-22 years old), I'm sure he interpreted it as him getting “sucked”, preferably by a hot female like the one on his t-shirt. I think his rude remark said it all. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Overall though, this shirt seems to be just a raunchy t-shirt that is just merely pushing the limits. I think it can be interpreted many ways, and even possibly worn by females. Does it mean that it’s still not degrading? I’m not sure if it’s that black and white. If a girl is walking down the street in a mini dress or extra short shorts, with her breasts possibly exposed, she will obviously get attention from guys. Wearing that type of outfit can definitely provoke a man to touch. A man might feel that if she exposed herself in that manner, she obviously wanted the attention. For many doing the “grabbing”, it can be viewed as something positive: like seeing what you like and letting the object know that it is desired. But for the one getting grabbed, it can be very offensive and a violation. Many women also do not like the idea because they feel that the man is viewing them as a slut or a whore.&lt;br /&gt;Even heterosexual females will do the occasional breast or butt grabbing to their girlfriends. We’ve all had that day when our butts looked good in our jeans and heard, “Omg Melissa, you actually have an ass in those jeans!” or maybe we’ve heard “Wow Zesty, your boobs actually don’t look like mosquito bites today!”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most females can attest to these incidents occurring at least once in life. Many can also say that at least once they’ve felt uncomfortable or offended.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With all that being said, they are still many people that feel that no matter what, people are not justified to touch you in any way. Many feel that no matter what, men should always be gentlemen. Women &lt;em&gt;should&lt;/em&gt; be able to wear whatever they want without worrying if they are going to be groped. And many girls do not want to hear stupid comments from their girlfriends either. Sometimes a girl wants to look good in peace! Hearing that yesterday their breasts didn’t look big enough or their butt didn’t look voluptuous enough as compared to today, is not really a compliment. Even old rap superstar Queen Latifah complimented the new artist as being very refreshing and giving women that good feeling while listening to his music, unlike many other rappers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But his new video "Best I Ever Had" has a lot of people speaking and many women disgusted by the overwhelming display of breasts all throughout the video.&lt;br /&gt;I myself am a fan of Drake and have been listening to him before people even knew he was a rapper. He is very positive in his music and demeanor, but this new video has pushed the limit. It is really hard to focus on anything else except for these women's breasts bouncing up and down throughout the entire video. The concept of the video is pretty good and actually entertaining, it is not like every other video with random women strutting in bikinis. You see the looks on their faces at the end of the video, but the moral of the story, I guess, is win or lose, you can still be the best to somebody. When women see the video and see all the breast and ass, hopefully they don’t take offense. I know this scenario sounds familiar, but it is usually the other way around.&lt;br /&gt;Of course we have had too many ads where the man is the main focus of attention and the women are just mere accessories. There have a billion and one protests and heated debates towards this too often occurrence. But in most recent times, things have changed where the &lt;i&gt;woman&lt;/i&gt; is now the main focus, often fully dressed, with the &lt;i&gt;guys&lt;/i&gt; being seen as the sexy, unclothed accessory. But we usually don’t hear any complaints about that,do we?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Well, some of the reasons for that may be obvious, others not, but this is rarely discussed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;One of the reasons can be that men are usually not seen as sexual symbols in America. Although we have our Brad Pitts, George Clooneys, Denzel Washingtons, and Robert Pattinsons (for the new generation), we will never have a male version of Marilyn Monroe, (an iconic sex symbol). Of course, men can be great eye candy for the heterosexual female or homosexual male, but women’s sexuality is just not perceived or exploited in the same manner as men’s sexuality.&lt;br /&gt;Another factor may be that this is the women’s way of getting revenge. Women have too often been degraded and exposed; women and men might feel it’s the man’s turn now to show their goods. No more seeing only naked women or half naked women, or seeing a woman being used to sell a product, like beer. Men can also use &lt;i&gt;their&lt;/i&gt; bodies as a sexual commodity and look very pleasurable to the public.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Revenge? Really Zest? We’re not that terrible.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Ok, so maybe it’s not revenge. Maybe times are just changing. People are realizing that women can be just as sexual as men. We want to see naked guys! Yes!&lt;br /&gt;There are no more myths that women do not ever get horny (and the ones that do are whores), or that women view sex as torture. Women can even be accepted as initiating sex with a partner. All these things are acceptable and normal. So, men becoming more outwardly open with their bodies seem to be a sign of the times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What do you think of this picture? Of course, judging by the title, she wasn't speaking about her height and certainly not her brains but her....breasts!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The WOMEN’S BREASTS, formally known as mammary glands, also known as boobies, racks, “the girls”, and my favorite of course: tities! I will call them breasts for now. There are some women who take pride in their breasts. Many flaunt them and even give them names like men do to their penis. But unfortunately there are too many women who are ashamed of their breasts, most especially when it comes to size. Most of these women tend to belong to our so called “Itty Bitty Titty Committee”. (IBTC)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With all the attention put on women’s breasts, we now have a much younger generation now loathing their breast size. We also have many more high school girls considering breast implants and many receiving them as birthday or graduation gifts from their parents. In 2002, it was reported that 3,095 girls under 18 received breast implants and 3,841 in 2003. Last year, 4,100 girls under 18 received breast implants. These numbers represent fewer than 10% of breast implant patients. In 2007 18 and 19 year olds made up 9,000 cases of breast implant surgery. But the American society for aesthetic plastic surgery and other studies have found that with the slump of the economy, teen breast implant surgeries have fortunately diminished. I guess the recession is hitting everyone these days.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I want to ask my readers: Is all this necessary? And why do so many young girls want to mutilate their bodies to achieve an empty goal? (For the purpose of this article, I will not include medical cases where it is necessary or the problems of asymmetry in the breasts.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Media&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Like with so many other self-esteem issues, we will have to go to our beloved media. Although many straight and especially younger girls are not running to the shelves to purchase the latest issue of Playboy magazine, they are well aware that most of these women are large breasted and have gone under the knife. Because these women’s large breasts have contributed to their success and because they are considered as being some of the sexiest women, girls begin to strive for that look.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We also have some of our most loved celebrities that have openly stated that they have had breast implants, don’t regret it and are not ashamed, which leads young girls to thinking that this is a possible option for them. It also allows young girls to not see any harm or risks in the surgery. Celebrities such as pamela anderson, carmen electra, janet jackson, jenny mccarthy and wendy williams have gone through it and although others haven’t come out about it, the change is obvious.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another factor that seems to go unnoticed is surprisingly Victoria’s Secret. Yes, our lovely Victoria’s Secret. I have noticed that it has seemed to advertise larger breasts and convey the message that large breasts are usually sexier. Not only do they have a gazillion push-up bras to make women look bustier and plumper, but I observed something particular in the ads and magazines as well. All the models (whom many are not large breasted) looked at least one or two cup sizes bigger in their pictures. Their breasts were the first things you noticed…..and usually the last. What irks me about this the most, is that models are usually very tall and have a slim-like figure. If you have ever paid attention to women of this body type, they are usually small- chested, proportional to their body, of course (like myself). The unrealistic image of seeing all the models with such large breasts creates an also unrealistic image of the women’s body in the minds of women and men.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Real World&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But alas, we cannot blame only the media for the images of women’s breasts. What we have experienced plays a huge role on us. We have all experienced the flat chested girl in school being teased &lt;em&gt;and&lt;/em&gt; the boys drooling over the freshly pubescent girl that just got two new bffs during summer vacation. So of course, as human beings we want to look attractive to our preferred sex. Girls want bigger breasts to get attention for guys. But what too many girls don’t realize is that&lt;em&gt; it doesn’t really matter.&lt;/em&gt; YES, men do like big breasts, and it is their idea of “fun”…and nothing is wrong with that. But for most sweet and decent guys, they are &lt;strong&gt;absolutely fine&lt;/strong&gt; with being with a small- chested girl. If a guy does decide to not be with a girl because she is small- chested, I bet my size A cups, that he is a shallow, insecure, self-centered jerk…or weirdo. And we don’t want that ladies, do we? Of course not.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now no one is saying breasts can’t be sexy or flaunted. Making your breasts (either small or large) look attractive or fuller by either wearing a flattering bra or blouse is not wrong at all. &lt;strong&gt;But size should not matter. &lt;/strong&gt;Just like all the many women who have gained success from their large assets, we have many other very sexy celebs that have stayed in the Itty Bitty Titty Committee (IBTC) and have been very successful. Sexy celebs like shakira, cameron diaz, zoe saldana, paris hilton, rihanna, kirsten dunst, and jennifer lopez.&lt;br /&gt;So to my little cups out there, wear your IBTC t-shirt and spread the word!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;This is a video of Shakira's "Whenever, Wherever" video, where she is stating her pride in her small breasts.
